Before a parcel leaves

Once payment authorization has cleared, an order usually spends about 1–2 business days in preparation. Relevant holidays and weekends are not counted in that handling estimate.

Carrier timetable and cost

The expected carrier journey is 4–6 business days after dispatch. That period begins after processing and remains an estimate rather than a fixed arrival promise. Checkout determines destination availability, shipping charges and any active free-delivery promotion.

Delivery details

Provide an accurate street address, email and phone number. A tracking record can remain unchanged until the carrier's first network event. We can review an early address correction, but later changes depend on fulfillment status and carrier rules.

Delays, loss and damage

Write to munnamunna99007@gmail.com if a parcel is unusually delayed, appears lost, shows delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged. Supply the order reference, checkout email and tracking details; photographs of the box and contents assist a damage review.
