Issues eligible for review

A remedy may be requested for goods broken in transit, defective, mis-shipped, missing a component, or substantially inconsistent with the listing. Notify us no later than 30 calendar days from delivery.

We do not offer a voluntary return for buyer preference, remorse, or an incorrectly selected size or option. Mandatory protections provided by applicable consumer law are not removed.

Opening a request

Authorized next steps

Wait for approval before mailing anything. An approved return will include the proper destination, packing requirements, label or shipping directions, and relevant cost details. A replacement or exchange is subject to the decision and available stock.

Returning funds

We submit an approved refund to the original form of payment within 10 calendar days after approval. Financial institutions establish their own posting schedules and may show the credit later.
